How it works

Four steps, no account access. Everything runs on our server against the official YouTube Data API.

01

Paste your channel link

A @handle, a /channel/UC… URL, a legacy /c/ or /user/ link — all of them resolve to the same channel.

02

We read public YouTube data

Our server calls the official YouTube Data API v3 for the channel's public profile, statistics and recent uploads.

03

We calculate the analytics

Averages, upload cadence, engagement and trend are computed from that public response — and labelled as ours, not YouTube's.

04

You get the result right here

The channel, its public counts and a clear monetization status appear on this page — no sign-up, no second page to hunt through.

What you get

Every value carries a label saying where it came from.

YouTube public data

Channel details

Banner, avatar, name, handle, creation date and description, exactly as the channel publishes them.

YouTube public data

Public counts

Subscribers, lifetime views and public video count, straight from the YouTube Data API.

Platform calculated

Monetization status

ON or NOT MONETIZED, from the subscriber count and our watch-hour estimate against the YPP thresholds.

Monetization analysis, honestly scoped

Public data gives us the subscriber count directly. Watch hours it does not give us at all — so we estimate them from public views, the length of recent long-form uploads and an assumed average view duration, and we say so everywhere the number appears.

Whether YouTube actually accepted a channel into the Partner Programme is never published, so no site can confirm it — ours included.

This is a platform-generated eligibility analysis based on publicly available information. It is not official confirmation of YouTube Partner Program approval or monetization status.

Full YPP / ad revenue path

  • 1,000 subscribers
Publicly readable, unless hidden by the creator.
  • 4,000 qualified public watch hours (365 days)
Estimated from public data — YouTube publishes no real figure.
  • or
  • 1,00,00,000 qualified Shorts views (90 days)
    Exact value not publicly verifiable.

Earlier YPP access

500 subscribers · 3 public uploads in the required period · 3,000 qualified public watch hours or 30,00,000 qualified Shorts views.

Availability and requirements can vary by country/region. Always check the current requirements in YouTube's official Help Centre.

Three kinds of number, always labelled

YouTube public data

Returned by the YouTube Data API exactly as YouTube reports it — subscribers, views, video counts, upload details.

Platform calculated

Computed by CreatorCheck from those public values. Useful, ours, and never presented as official YouTube Analytics.

Not publicly verifiable

Private to the channel owner. We say so rather than inventing a number — qualified Shorts views and actual YPP approval status.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the channel data come from?

Directly from the official YouTube Data API v3, using only what a channel makes public: profile details, subscriber, view and video counts, and recent public uploads with their view, like and comment counts. We never ask for your Google account or channel access.

How is the ON / NOT MONETIZED status decided?

By comparing public data against the YouTube Partner Programme thresholds: the channel's public subscriber count, and our estimate of its watch hours. Both clear the bar, we show ON; either falls short, we show NOT MONETIZED. YouTube does not publish whether a channel was actually accepted into the Partner Programme, so this is our indicator from public data — not confirmation from YouTube.

How are the watch hours calculated?

They are an estimate, not YouTube's figure. We take the channel's public view count, the share of recent views that came from long-form videos, the average length of those uploads and an assumed average view duration, then convert that to hours. Real qualified watch hours are counted by YouTube over a rolling window and are visible only to the channel owner in YouTube Studio, so treat our number as an indicator and confirm it in your own Studio.

What is the Creator Performance Score?

Our own 0–100 read of public activity: upload consistency, how recently you posted, public engagement on recent videos, and how recent views compare with the channel's lifetime average. It is calculated by this platform. It is not a YouTube metric and has no effect on YouTube.

Are you affiliated with YouTube or Google?

No. This is an independent analytics platform. We are not YouTube, not YouTube Support, not a YouTube Partner Program representative, and we cannot approve, verify or influence any YouTube decision.

What does the paid assistance include?

A human review of your channel's public analytics, a walkthrough of the monetization requirements you have and have not met, and a written action plan. It is a service fee charged by this platform — not a YouTube fee, and not an application fee of any kind.
